Nachos con carne

Ingredients

  • sazonador seco
  • salsa BBQ
  • falda de res
  • queso cheddar
  • chiles serrano asados
  • chips de tortilla
  • cebolla Vidalia

Instructions

Empieza por pre-calentar la parrilla a temperatura mediana. Mientras tanto, coloca una capa de chips de tortilla en el fondo de una bandeja a prueba de horno, añade carne de res cortada fina, y unas rodajas de cebolla Vidalia, lascas de chiles serrano asados, un toque de tu adobo seco favorito, ya sea Obie-Cue’s Big Bull’s Texas Brisket Rub, un toque de salsa (aquí usamos Rufus Teague Meat Sauce), y una porción generosa de queso cheddar rallado o queso Monterey Jack.

Coloca en la parrilla por unos 20 minutos hasta que el queso se haya derretido por completo y la carne esté caliente, y sirve de inmediato.
